No case, no pre-trial intervention, just scare tactics, just annoying debt collectors.
I received a call from this number today with a computer voice claiming to be Credit Card Services. It stated that I could enter "1" to speak with someone to improve my credit score. I did and was promptly disconnected. I called the number back and a young lady answered the phone after a couple of rings. She denied that she had called me and that this number was her private cell number.
I suggested that she contact someone to report this company for fraudulently using her number. I am convinced that she did not initiate the call but that the company is using her number to mask theirs.
