This is an unscrupulous realtor who despite knowing that my house is listed with another realtor, is contacting me to try to get my listing in order to collect both commissions. He repeatedly refers to my home as a For Sale by Owner which it is not. It is unethical for a realtor to contact an owner who's property is already listed by someone else in order to try to steal their business. Would you trust someone who is unethical being inside your home while you aren't there or creating a contract on your behalf? A home is the largest purchase most people ever make. Find an honest and ethical realtor who will protect your best interests and not his own pockets.
