A call was received from the number, When I called back to inquire, This time a deep young man's voice denied having made the call. Similarly a second call came in from phone number 347 740 2397 included here for reference... already reported separately...
a sinister call. Just rings twice and they hang up. When I call them, they deny having made the call. A female voice who hangs up upon hearing me call them back to inquire, It is beginning to annoy me.
THIS IS A SCAM! They call from different numbers and pretend to be IRS.
They say they are calling from the government and want to give me $7000. Free and I don't have to pay it back because it's a grant from the government. Asked me to go to a money gram store and I give them 266 to register my name and I will receive 7266.00 I feel it's a scam.
DANGER!! They pretended to be the IRS, asked me for close to the full amount in my bank account. They knew my address... very scary!!
called me saying they are from IRS and I will be arrested if I don' t call them...this this a scam.
Left me a message saying they were from the IRS and they were going to file a lawsuit against me. The IRS doesn't work this way.....lol.
