Keeps calling my grandmas phone talking about she has the wrong number. If it was the wrong number why does she keep calling?

I received a message regarding an item I was selling on a classified ad site. I replied to this and then received a long winded email reply detailing how to proceed. The email I received back would have been impossible to type in the two minutes it took (not even accounting for the time it would have taken to read my email). To cut a long story short, he's attempting to scam you so don't be fooled.

Received a recorded call requesting time when would be home for a delivery that I need to sign for. Called the number back and got a recording saying if you received a call when can deliver leave name, #, when can deliver. I left a message and asked for someone to call me to let me know who this is from. I have not received anything or a phone call.
