315 Area code

This was sent to me by email.. I asked for mailed documents and the response was that they don't ask for documents so they don't mail out documents.. I'm a very very sick person with cancer and I need to know how true is this .. Or it's just a scam

Called at 7:38 am, recorded call, "Hi, this is Jennifer calling about your credit card." I ended the call.

Some lady saying she works for Payco some payroll company from Binghamton NY sounded like a scam
Couldn't tell me anything about the company .
