Someone keeps caloing me from this number and not answering just listening

Phone call from firm reporting to be from windows saying multiple devices are accessing the internet from my number.
Suspect scam

Wanted rewanted far side

Just a message asking me to call back. My phone went to voice mail. I've had no dealings with them.

It was short, then a text. They keep calling. Wont stop

My husband called from this

Missed a call from this number, called it back and when asked who the caller was he said "this is Itchy". I asked him to please repeat himself and sure enough, the name was confirmed as "itchy"... I asked who he was trying to reach and he did say my first name which is a little alarming considering I don't know anyone by the name of "Itchy".
