Call and hang up! Then you call back the number back, the number is unassigned!
This is a local number, but did not answer call. I tried to call the number back, but operator stated this number is not currently set up to receive calls.This must be spam or a scam of some type.
Dead air when I answered. Lest then a minute later a scammer called no name or phone number showed up on caller ID.
started as a recorde message then a lady cwme on the phone and wanted me to verify the last four digits of my social, when i didn't she got another man to come ont the phone to try. they hreatened wage assignment and court for a collection on a payday loan from ace cashand stated it was check fraud. i had not dealt with ace cash in over seven years.the phone number says north carolina but the male sais they wee calling from recovery management services in new york.when i refused to give into his speech he got mad and said he wasn't going to stay on the phone with me and that he didn't want my money,they would get more from court an he hung up.this is one of three or four differentgroups who have calledfrom variouss places claimingthe same thing from ace cashover the past two years.nothing has happened yet and no paperwork has ever shown up in the mail.
8/6/15 They called around 3pm, I missed call, left no message. Called again 4:45pm. This time I answered, no response.
Sounded like something was rustling around, no answer after multiple attempts to hail the other line.
