This person purchased one of my old cars at an auction, years after it was in someone elses hands. they found my cell number and even though I've changed it, they have that new number also. Calls are in the middle of the night, he has a strong Hispanic accent and sounds possible drugged or drunk He threatens me about how the car is not up to his expectations. He constantly calls, texts me and harasses me. Recently, he calls in the middle of the night asking for money! I'm involving police at this point because it's constant!

Claimed to know me by a familiar friends name, but that was not their voice.

when I tried to call the number back I got an automated message, Avaya ip office. can't get past that to get in touch with anyone. sounds like a scam number
