Telemarketer. Was rude. Lied stating that the person he was trying to reach was expecting his call. No one here knows him or was expecting a call from "James Hopkins" at CTO Advice. Stated we don't accept unsolicited sales calls. He said he wasn't trying to sell anything but wouldn't state what he wanted.
